Revision
Students will be able to negotiate differences in and act with intention on feedback from readers when drafting, revising, and editing their writing.

Reflection:
Revision is a key part to expanding one’s writing. It requires that an individual takes feedback and refers it back to the original piece of writing so a better draft can be formulated. Within our Revision Memo: Inquiry Proposal, I was able to reflect on the different feedback I received on that assignment and the ways I incorporated it into my writing.
There are multiple pieces of criticism that I received on my first draft that I had to put into my second draft to ensure there was an improvement. It proved to be very helpful, and I learn more about the way I write and ways to refine my writing.
Not only is it important to take the criticism with grace, but it is also necessary to use this to better one’s writing. If I were given feedback but failed to use it effectively, little to no improvement will be seen. Through this assignment I was able to take criticism, use it in my own writing, and reflect on the ways it was used. There are always ways to grow and contribute more knowledge and detail into writing. Being able to learn more about my writing, receiving feedback, and utilizing this information has taught me a lot.
